- Reviewed overall business plan and sales objectives for revenue growth
- Identified market trends and how to move between early adopter to early majority through market segmentation and whole product strategies
- Analyzed major hardware providers, including component vendors such as Supermicro
- Audited meetings with Dell and Supermicro for infrastructure architecture development. Dell was the final recommendation, and the company was invited to use the Dell Solution Center for R&D
