- As an intern for the department of Game Day Operations, I assisted in the sale of all tickets for any sporting event at the school. This included assisting any spectator that had issues with purchasing tickets in person or online.
- I organized and ran marketing events for certain athletic programs at the school.
- As well as, setup and take down all necessary equipment needed for each sporting event for all athletes, coaches, officials, and school staff. While present at each event, we stayed ready to tackle any problems that occurred and handled them accordingly.
- As a final project, I worked on and implemented a post season survey that allowed each student athlete to voice their concerns and give feedback on how the athletic department can improve.
- This project also included a section for athletes that were transferring schools. With this we asked them to give feedback on to what caused their decision to leave the school and what could've been done to keep them at the university.
