- During a class period of High School, I ran the helpdesk at school.
- This consisted of taking on our own project that was done for the Student Tech Team while helping other students and teachers with any problems that they had.
- Once every week towards the end of the capstone, we would head over to the Intermediate School to run the helpdesk there.
- One week out of the capstone I helped install a new promethean board in the classroom to replace the old one.

- This internship consisted of replacing all the IP phones in all classrooms of the Elementary, Intermediate, and High Schools.
- I worked on getting the old iPads returned to Apple while replacing them with new versions of the iPads that were ordered by the school.
- After the iPads were finished, the same thing was done with MacBooks for the teachers in the Elementary and Intermediate Schools.
- Towards the end of the internship, the MacBooks were given to the teachers, and we were available to help them with the setup.
- Multiple other small tasks happened were multiple other small tasks that happened throughout the internship.
