I have housed out of a few different locations during my career with camping world, from New Braunfels Tx, London Oh, Colorado Springs to most recently Tyler Tx. I have done multiple roles starting off as a service receptionist and working my way up to an external advisor role, to internal advisor, to operations manager, to collision manager to parts and service manager to Fixed operations director. I have managed 52 employees with me taking on the role to assist the Spring TX location in the interim till they have a new manager as well as managing my current store and traveling between the two. I have knowledge and experience in almost every role that I manage so I can properly train associates. Such as ordering parts, submitting warranty claims etc. I have had the opportunity tot rain other Fixed operations directors for other stores as well as have traveled to train and assist with multiple other stores to help with AR issues, train on process and give an extra hand. Giving me experience surpassing the expectations of a Fixed operations director. I took over the Tyler store with it being one of the lowest stores in Camping World at the time being 187 and at one point worked our way up to the top 10. The store was at 100k to 200k max average revenue a month to be a 300k a month store. On average with ACL and margins I have held us at top 3 in the company. We hold an average of 82% gross and a 2% or less on service policy. With a very clean AR and low work order count with an average of 10 day time to repair.
