- Collecting monthly stream samples for bio-monitoring data (benthic macroinvertebrates).
- Bacteriological monitoring.
- Water quality testing is done in accordance with Global Water Watch protocol and procedures.

- Perform sampling procedures for the detection and quantification of E. coli in water sources.
- Establishing water quality baselines and ongoing trends for streams and tributaries in two urban watersheds in Northern King County, using Water Quality Index methods.
