- Collaborates cross-functionally to solve business challenges, meet deadlines, and fulfill priorities while communicating progress, identifying improvement opportunities, and escalating issues as needed
- Assists in candidate sourcing for open internal and external positions by developing talent candidate pools; managing candidate database; proactively engaging with internal and external talent; making recommendations based on whether positions will need to be sourced externally.
- Conducts candidate screening and selection for common and high volume positions by determining applicant requirements; interviewing applicants; applying minimum and preferred qualification guidelines to categorize applicants and narrow the candidate pool; calling and pre-screening candidates to complete the qualification process; verifying references; and scheduling interviews.
- Partner with hiring managers on recruitment efforts by researching salaries, state and federal hiring regulations, while assessing recruitment challenges
- Enhanced communication among team members to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Serve as the first point of contact for applicants, providing information and resolving inquiries and enhancing engagement while
