Performance Highlights

  • Successfully reinstated air conditioners in the Ford specification within 9 months of being hired, reversing a 10-year absence. This accomplishment required negotiation, technical advocacy, and alignment with Ford’s engineering and product standards.

Spearheaded the conversion of 350+ power distribution panels (PDPs) from Hoffman/Rockwell to Rittal/Siemens. Delivered the first completed assemblies designed with Eplan at Ford, securing both Eplan and Rittal’s inclusion in the Ford VO specification.
  • Managed Rittal’s largest safety campaign with Ford Vehicle Operations (VO), leading a cross-functional team comprising engineering, service, product management, and executive leadership from both Ford and Rittal. Oversaw re-work operations across Thailand, Argentina, and South Africa during the height of Covid.
