I worked with five companies that owned residential property; which included duties such as preparing leases for tenants, collected rent, scheduled repairs, researched companies for new projects. I created ads on Craigslist every time a property had a vacancy or the owner had something to sell. I paid all bills for five separate companies, which included the owner's personal bills; via check, credit card and online payments. I opened all mail, which included filing and or solving problems such as dealing with property violations. I entered checks into Quick books and created 3-Day Notices/Eviction preparation for tenants who were not paying rent on time. I scheduled appointments for the owner and provided Notary services for him, his tenants and his friends. I ordered office supplies as needed and used Word & Excel to create letters/notices and to keep track of bills. I answered the phones, took messages and served as the office manager.
