  • I have been asked to be apart of the training departs New Hire Services Advisory Board. This group focuses on new material for our new hires. We provide feedback and suggestions for improving material and site navigation.
  • Achieved Outstanding on performance evaluation for 2022 for team contribution. I worked with groups and leadership in the training organization to focus on team and individual development.
  • Achieved Trainer MVP for 2020/2021 through effectively and proactively working with site leadership, learning leadership, and my peers to facilitate learning on a higher level.
