  • Order Writing- Inform customers of changes in technology and offer assistance with equipment change over. Ship equipment and notate accounts so representative's company wide are aware. Write the orders and send back to the designated project manager per each state.

  • Communication- Weekly conferences that provide information for the Project Manager, Field Supervisors and Field Technicians in order to make sure of any complication, further preparation, possible delays and any other work needed with a cross box to ensure that there is minimal downtime and swift execution with the migration.
  • Customer Calls- Assisting customers with the process of the technology change over by providing them with detailed information, instructions and in some cases setting up a tech for dispatch to the customers home also. Ensuring each customers change is as smooth as possible and reassuring them we are here for support in any way possible through the jobs completion.
  • Coaching agents- Pull calls, approve/deny credit adjustments, review call time and offering points on every call. Keep floor momentum positive and provide agents support and tools to complete tasks at hand. Approve payroll and PTO monitor break n lunch times.
