Shipments require a different kind of attention. The product that is worked with is temperature sensitive and also perishable. It requires special packaging in order to receive goods in perfect condition.
Use of active listening skills and patience with customers to build specialized, custom orders to suit their needs. Have common knowledge for over 160 products that are offered in-house, along with knowledge on ingredients and allergens for sensitive groups. Also contribute as a consultant in chocolate, a chocolate line worker, and packager when duty calls.
