Objective: A compassionate educator looking to maximize student success by shifting from my role as a fifth-grade teacher, who excels at building relationships with students, positively collaborates with school staff, and is constantly working to improve the learning environment increasing achievement through effective teaching and classroom management using data-based decision-making, to an assistant principal who embraces challenges across the school environment to build a village of people including staff, families, and community partnerships that support each student enrolled at the school as an individual learner while problem-solving and goal-setting to enhance student success and achievement in all domains.
