• Assist the GM with any required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner.

• Assist General Manager in managing daily company operations to ensure positive, safe and. profitable working environment
• Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory.
• Assist the GM in recruiting, training, payroll processing, performance evaluation, promotions, and releasing of employees.

• Lead planning and execution of events and delegate roles within the event planning team.
• Act as a liaison between Sales/Catering Directors and Managers and other departments to properly communicate information needed for upcoming events including distribution of BEO’s, resumes and changes.
• Oversee event team to ensure quotes, invoices and client communications are responded in a timely manner.
• Assist clients with menu planning, food and beverage coordination, table arrangements, decoration options, etc. Arrange all details of events to include room set-ups, staging, lighting, audiovisual, traffic flow, menus, décor, and entertainment.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with the support divisions and operations team to ensure proper operational support.
