*I do the payroll and make the scheduling

* I communicate with all my coworkers multiple times a week, to make sure we’re on the same page

* Hire people and fire people

*Train new employees myself or schedule them with someone who’s trustworthy and hardworking

*Help my coworkers with any questions they have throughout their shift

*If there’s an issue with customers, I have to try and resolve it.

*Cash out the employees at the end of night

*Package orders or take it to the customer and serve them

*Ask customers if they need anything else after bringing them everything

*Wipe Tables

*Sweep the restaurant

*Vacuum the rugs

*Restock anything that’s running out

*Clean doors and refrigerator doors

*Restock Napkins

* Put chairs up/down

*Prepare for opening/closing

*Take phone call orders

*Buy materials to make something unique

* Make sure I’m getting good deals on materials so that I can make extra

*Package them neatly and keep them in a safe condition

*Take time to make sure I get a few good quality pictures for my pieces

* Edit and post pictures of my pieces so that they can sell

*Reach out and answer questions about the jewelry

*Package them and ship them out in a timely manner

*Post my pieces on depop Instagram and poshmark

*Bring them to my jobs to see if they sell

*I’m in charge of hiring and firing new employees

* I either train them myself or have another coworker who’s trustworthy and hardworking to train them

*I make sure to train them for at least 4 days in the same week, so they’re feeling comfortable and confident

* I make sure to be very specific and over clarify things, but also be patient if they aren’t getting it right away

*I’ll have them follow me around the first day and just watch me. After the first day, I let them do all the hands on stuff, but follow them to make sure they’re doing it correctly.

* Answer questions and also touch base with them frequently during their first 2-3 weeks, to make sure they’re doing ok.

*I also provide a little guide that I made, so that they can look back and reference it/study it.

* Greet people to make them feel welcomed because we are the first people they see when they walk in, so it’s very important to me that we give off a welcoming spirit

*Take orders on the phone that I have to then take to the kitchen and prepare them/package them up, to make sure the customer is getting everything they ordered in a neatly manner

*Also in charge of confirming and taking all the online orders to the kitchen and packing them up

*I have several chores that are done throughout my shift which include cleaning the doors, wiping all the menus, doing togos, doing silverware, putting in tips, cashing ppl out, folding towels, seating ppl, etc….

*Checking customers out and splitting the check as desired. I also always ask how everything was,

so I can make sure they had a pleasant experience

*Wish people a good day/night

I have a depop account where I’ve sold over 400 things and I have a 5-star rating

I’ve sold face masks, clothes, shoes, Hats, Jewelry, Cameras

I’ve been running my account since I was in high school and I’ve put a lot of effort and time into my page and making sure my customers are satisfied

I make sure to send them their package in a timely manner and make sure they’re getting exactly what they see

Take time to take pictures, edit them and post them

Make sure to keep them updated throughout the delivery and resolve any questions/issues they have
