As an allocator, I take special interest in inventory levels and quality of product. I have implemented several strategies and programs to cut loss of product due to age or poor specifications. I work closely with Quality, Logistics and Customer Service to deliver the correct product at the correct time.
As a Customer Service Coordinator, I was frontline for the customer. I resolved issues on both product quality and availability. I worked specifically with big-box store procurement teams and other strategic accounts. My first year at Clover was spent with the warehouse as their allocator working with inventory and customer orders. I was called upon to continue portions of that role while in customer care.
