  • Company implemented a minimum call limit after my supervisor asked how I was able to achieve repeated coverage in areas which had previously been uncoverable / huge revenue lose areas.
  • I did so by researching shipper and receiver areas. (Looking for carriers based within a hundred miles of pick and delivery destination first, 4
  • Utilized Carrier 411 to ensure they had a Satisfactory rating,
  • I would utilize company's that could utilize their Yard horse drivers to deliver short mile, hold over weekend loads. ( One of the biggest revenue loses they where experiencing.) Losing some weeks entire weekly profits on Friday pick-Monday delivery loads. By using local carriers on those loads I was able to pay only a $100- $150 additional revenue, instead of the $500-$900 normal loses.

  • Negotiated and arranged transport of goods with shipping or freight companies.
  • Consistency achieved bonuses requiring $32,000 monthly profit prior to bonus compensation / accumulation.
