Summary

I worked in the banking industry from 1995-2002. I learned the importance of being organized, having good time management, and helping others while maintaining privacy. Other skills I have are: 10-key, typing, cash management, statement balancing and so much more.

I became a mother in 2002 and took a break from working until 2009 when the economic crisis forced me into the work force when I went to work for a Dermatology Office. I was there from 2011-2019. I was responsible for creating a good working schedule for 6 doctors and 3 Nurse Practitioners. I created a new hire Policies and Procedures training program.

In 2019 I was offered a job at the pharmacy. I considered this a great opportunity to learn another side of the medical field. I have had to learn several new computer systems over the years and have caught on quickly.

I have had the opportunity to work for some great companies over the years and I look forward to working for yours!

  • Was responsible for promptly answering a multi-phone line and correctly transferring calls to correct person/department.
  • After 6 months of answering phones, I was asked to be a part-time teller.
  • I was responsible to correctly processing deposits, withdraws, cashing checks, and balancing the drawer at the end of the day.
  • As part of the teller position, I was delegated statement processing.
  • After working as a part-time teller, I went full-time. I worked in the Provo Main Office, Orem Office, and North Provo Office for several years.
  • I also became a New Accounts Representative where I was charged with the task of opening new: checking, savings, money market, CD, and IRA accounts.
  • After doing New Accounts, I went to work for the Operations Department. I was responsible for making sure all tellers at 6 locations balanced their drawers and did not have any rejects.
  • I trained all new teller and new account hires; held quarterly meetings for tellers and new account representatives.
  • Pulled reports for weekly Board Meetings and answered all questions regarding the reports.
