REFIT Instructor

I have taught REFIT, a group fitness class, at multiple churches in the Pensacola area for the past 10 years. Classes have had between 20-150 participants. Each class consists of family friendly music and moves of all genres, including Contemporary Christian. Format is designed to be easy to follow, for all ages and fitness levels. Each class is used as a church ministry/outreach program and is open to the public, donations only. Donations are tithed 10% to each venue and whatever is left goes to paying my monthly instructor fees, music subscription and gas costs. Classes end with what is referred to as "HeartWork" which includes a devotional and/or community activity as well as group prayer.
