Accomplishments

    -With Universal Services, within the first 90 days, I managed to clean up the large backlog, follow up on old permit submittals that were submitted by a third party engineering firm, helped create an engineering department, created a new process for the permitting and engineering departments, created new reports and trackers, and was able to keep up with the new jobs that came in requiring permits and engineering prints.

    -First 6 months, alone, I had submitted 799 permits, as well as helped the CAD Designer with land bases and importing locates from GSOC in Auto CAD 3D Mapping.

    -Promoted to Permit and Engineering Supervisor with Universal Services, Inc. The promotion allowed me to utilize my problem-solving skills, monitor, manage, coach, mentor, develop and train my entire team.
