• Provided direct clinical care to pediatric patients, maintained clinic schedule and implemented protocols and procedures, conducted appropriate tests on the patients and explained the treatment process, managed the physician’s schedule and notified changes if any in a timely fashion, completed referrals and plan of cares.

• Medication administration, admissions, coordinate with doctors and therapists to develop care plans for patients with ETOH and substance dependency, educate patients about detox and substance abuse treatments, instruct patients and family members on proper discharge care.

• Triage and record patient histories and vital signs with children and adults, prepare exam and treatment rooms with necessary instruments, assist neurologist with procedures, referrals, scheduling, monitor faxes in Outlook for incoming records pertaining to patient charts, provide education to the patients and families.

• Medication administration with children and adults for a crisis stabilization unit, direct supervision of mental health technicians, coordinated with doctors, RN’s, social services to develop care plans, admissions, discharges, laboratory testing, glucose monitoring, chart documentation.
