Supervising Children
Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
Maintain appropriate child-to-teacher ratios
Monitor children's behavior and manage conflicts in a positive, respectful manner

Curriculum & Learning Activities
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development
Introduce early literacy, math, and sensory activities to encourage foundational learning
Use play-based learning techniques to keep children engaged

Daily Routines
Support children with daily routines such as meals, naps, diapering/toileting, and hygiene
