Oversee the daily operations of residence halls including but not limited to:
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of residence hall bathrooms, hallways and student rooms using a variety of chemical and equipment such as wet/dry mops, carpet and floor scrubbed, and kaivac.
Maintain entryway and walkways, keeping free of debris and snow.
Occasional temporary transfer for project work to paint, seal and wax and change filters.
Assembling and moving furniture as needed.
Working with management team to delegate tasks during summer session classes and camps.
Assisting students or guests with concerns or requests.
Overseeing 10-12 employees in 3-4 residence hall buildings, occasionally training temporary employees and following up to ensure safety and operational needs are being maintained.
Assist the general manager on employee selection, training and performance evaluations.
Supervised a team of 8-10 employees on various shifts to ensure complaisance of policies and standard operating procedures in day to day operations. Correct and counsel as needed for store secret shops and quality assurance audits.
Created weekly schedules and delegated tasks based on forecasted demands.
Inspect areas and equipment, reporting or correcting issues as needed to ensure a clean safe environment for employees and guests.
Implemented build to’s to improve store organization and inventory to help monitor and eliminate waste and shrinkage.
Follow up with customer questions, concerns in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service.
Oversee new procedure, equipment, programs and foodservice rollouts in multiple counties throughout Pennsylvania.
