  • Currently responsible for and successfully managing over 13 million dollars in state and federal grants.
  • Currently leading the instructional components of an Educational Specification Study for a major renovation & capital improvement project with the possibility of grade band re-alignment at Southern Middle School.

  • Increased college enrollment from 59.5% at 12 months in 2018 to 65.5% in 2019 per Maryland Report Card at Southern High School.
  • Decreased the student suspension rate at Southern High (2017-2018- 24 incidents to 8 incidents in 2019-2020).
  • Increased 5 year adjusted cohort graduation rate from 90.06% in 2018 to 95% in 2019 per Maryland Report Card at Southern High School.
  • Increased math state assessment data from 29.4% in 2015 to 62.5% in 2018 in 3rd grade at Grantsville Elementary School per Maryland Report Card.
  • Increased math state assessment data from 27.8% in 2015 to 41.9% in 2018 in 4th grade at Grantsville Elementary School per Maryland Report Card.
  • Increased math state assessment data from 38.1% in 2015 to 56% in 2018 in 5th grade at Grantsville Elementary School per Maryland Report Card.
