Ensuring a clean and safe environment for clientele and staff. Initiates and participates in hiring, training, counseling, corrective actions ad evaluations of subordinate staff. Investigation of grievances of clientele and staff. Maintaining living units staff as clientele records. Following all Rainier school, state, federal, ad local laws and regulations relevant ICF/ID standards. Implementation of proper training techniques of habitation's, skill acquisition and behavioral programs established to promote self determination of clientele. Responding to staff observations and documentation and reports of change in clients physical, mental or unusual behavior and taking appropriate action to provide safety, security and protection from abuse and neglect. Ensuring that Directors are aware of problematic issues arising on living unit.
