A prospective, observational study of QT intervals in a general hospitalized population to determine associated risk factors, stratify risk factors based on the level of risk, and finally develop and validate a tool to help determine a patient’s risk of developing QT prolongation which will help guide pharmacotherapy, electrolyte replacement, and monitoring intensity for the patient while hospitalized. Prinicpal Invesitgator: Murdock N
Co-Investigators: Raymond Woosley MD (AzCert and UofA), James Tisdale PharmD (Purdue), Will Heise MD (UofA & Banner University Medical Center), Shannon Stratton PharmD (Veterans Association Medical Center), Nate Spence PharmD (Banner Pharmacy Services Corporate)
