Lead all projects for platform/product upgrades and fixes. Fully define project requirements, create wireframes and user flows, as well as write up the formal Request for Development.
Work with engineers and manage other colleagues to fully complete these upgrades and fixes to the platform.
Proactively review, prioritize, and participate in cross functional analysis, workshops, and product reviews to analyze the existing platform/product features, functionalities and designs to improve the user experience.
Lead all testing of products and updates in the platform.
Maintain an ongoing long-term list of updates/fixes identified by clients. Work with engineering to create solutions to improve customer experience.
Conduct user-centered research, interviews, usability testing, and creation of user flows and wireframes.
Apply user-centered design processes to evaluate existing systems and contribute to new designs. Effectively communicate design processes and findings to team members and stakeholders.
Support the analysis of user interaction data to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and understand design needs. Partner with teammates and developers to ensure user needs are accurately reflected in the final product
Improve UI quality of dashboard designs to improve customer usability.
Work with research team and engineers to represent company’s interests in designing, implementing and testing of all platform upgrades. Refine requirements, write documentation, request approvals, coordinate with other interested stakeholders/resources, and arrange for users to perform the final user acceptance testing.
Review any requests from the research team who has a platform issue. Identify whether it can be solved internally or needs to be submitted to engineers or to the long-term priorities list.
In coordination with the platform team, work with members of the Marketing team on projects that include user guides, FAQs, collateral documents, report binders, report formatting and style, selected email text, customer-and IM-facing Dashboard announcements, etc.
Notify all interested/affected personnel of impending product/platform launches in advance. Monitor for and promptly report any post-launch glitches.
