I am an avid baker and make sourdough dough bread and other sourdough baked items and kinda try to turn any recipes into a more healthy version by including sourdough culture. I also bake everything that is not have anything to do with my sourdough adventures. I love making panettone and other enriched breads like brioche and babkas. I kinda just like yo bake anything. I love to make cookies and love to develop my own recipes. I sell my baked goods on Facebook marketplace and am setting up a Etsy bakery and possibly my own microbrewery soon. I would say aside from my seamstress experience that baking is definitely one of my superpowers!!
This was a vegan bakery & tea house and I was doing multiple tasks at this establishment such as baking their recipes, cooking their food menu recipes and learning the whole kitchen. I also made coffee and espresso for customers and set up the front display like they wanted. I also helped set tables and generally anything that needed doing. The gal had wanted me to run the kitchen but unfortunately I didn’t get to be here long because my father got ill and needed my help.
I was a prep cook and I did the salad bar and I also did a lot of cookie baking and preparing the baked goods for the California main lodge at heavenly resort. I also worked at the donut shop in the heavenly village.
