  • Managed the program’s Community Resource program which offered outside classes to students. Worked with vendors to ensure their classes were being run by the guidelines in the Michigan Pupil Accounting Manual. Also, assisted vendors and teachers with getting fingerprints through CHRISS.
  • Facilitated regular meetings with team members to discuss progress updates, address challenges, and brainstorm solutions for ongoing success.
  • Assisted students with dual enrollment courses based on their future goals. Worked closely with colleges to establish financial sponsorship.
  • Managed the billing portion of the program. Received invoices from around 100 vendors and teachers and was responsible to put each invoice into the Business Plus system to ensure each vendor would receive payment.
  • Assisted the testing coordinator periodically with proctoring state mandated tests, including the PSAT and SAT.
