Monitor vitals, take temperatures, blood draws, run EKG’s , turn the patient every two hours with the nurse help MICU team with CPR

Also part of the wound care team I’m also in charge of scheduling for the wound care team.

Duties include stalking the wound care cart taking pictures of wounds measuring wounds, dressing, wounds, documenting

Endoscopy, scope room, technician

• Duties included in Med/Surg- Vitals , Accu checks , bathing , feeding , dressing patients , foley care ,checking on patients every 2 hrs and charting intake and output
• Emergency Dept duties include triage patients take vitals ,Ekgs, blood draws , take patients to exam room , set them up onto monitors, stock rooms, sitter for psych patients , transport patients to units as needed, clean rooms. Assist team with CPRs .

• Trauma SICU Duties included: Monitor vital signs, postop vitals, blood sugar, blood draws, foley care, run Ekg strips reposition patients that need assistance, prep patients for surgery also record intake and output. assist patient with feeding if needed

• Neurology Dept duties included: Monitor vital signs, blood draws, postop vitals, blood sugar, foley care, run Ekg strips reposition patients that need assistance, prep patients for surgery also record intake and output rounded on patients every 2 hrs . assist patient with bathing, grooming and feeding and personal hygiene. Assist patients with healing and recovery after surgery.

Chart every 2 hrs and do rounds every 2 hrs. Sitter for adults and pedi patient as needed.

• Skilled Nursing and Rehab/ Hospice Duties included : Monitor vital signs, postop vitals, blood sugar, foley care, reposition patients that need assistance, prep patients for surgery also record intake and output. assist patient with bathing, grooming and feeding and personal hygiene. Chart every 2 hrs and do rounds every 2 hrs. Assist patient into wheelchairs during the day assist with walking also Comfort patients and families in hospice

Woundcare unit 2011-2013

Set up wound care rooms assist the nurse with the patient from wheelchair to the bed also assist the nurse with undressing the woman the wound with medication, measuring and also cleaning the wounds .
