● Participate and coordinate the taking of surveys and studies of Labor Climate, as well as, in the execution of the action plans that derive from these.
● Execute the processes of the performance management system, such as Performance evaluation, Bottom-up Evaluation, annual feedback, Potential evaluation, management reports and results indicators.
