Under the supervision of my assigned fieldwork educator (COTA/L):

• Provided occupational therapy services at an outpatient clinic to adults with upper extremity injuries, CVA, TBI and SCI.
• Documented patients daily progress notes using EPIC documentation systems.
• Re-evaluated patients using standardized assessments, such as goniometry measurements, to determine further plan of care.
• Completed and presented a student project to the rehab department; work-conditioning board.
