Assisting in performing badging and administrative duties in support of site operations while working in a high OPTEMPO environment. Additional duties may include assisting in conducting security education briefings, security audits, and investigate site security infractions. Maintains compliance on all badge requirements including creating IDs for new employees and pin resets for their badges. Responsible for all of badging for Lord Baltimore and surrounding sites.
Transport guests from assigned places such as airports, hotels or parking lot to predefined destinations. Provide passengers with information on where they will need to disembark and how they can get further transportation from there. Assist passengers in loading and unloading their luggage and help disabled or elderly passengers in climbing up the shuttle bus steps. Drive shuttle bus on predefined route, by charting out the best possible route on the GPS. Kept records of trips, including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point. Notify dispatcher or service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance. Maintain a professional appearance.
