  • Will Calls - Customers would purchase an online order or place an order through the store to be picked up from the warehouse, I would process the order in the system confirming the items, verifying identification, printing out receipt, issue labels for the unit being purchased and have customer meet at the door number given to pick up purchased unit.
  • Emails (Outlook/Excel) - Responding store/customer complaints, disputes of customer that have received their units, providing proof of signed receipt.
  • Verify complaints I would locate the manifest, search our truck list with the driver names in Excel and door number driver is assigned then looking through the manifest for that door number, followed by the customer name and signature, investigate/verify if unit was billed in error and address inventory questions.
