• The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
• Primary Responsibilities:
• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of all equipment
• Assisting other employees in all related tasks
• Test driving vehicles and operating service vehicles to Perform offsite and emergency road services.

• Pressure wash core engines outside & bring in for tear down
• Teardown engine cores, sort and categorize components
• Provide preliminary inspection of blocks and components
• Stamp and identify parts
• Clean all parts using parts washers and equipment
• Detail clean heads, blocks and manifolds
• Magna-flux engine components
• Stage and palletize parts for production prep and machine shop
• Maintain and perform preventative maintenance on cleaning equipment
• Grind flywheels
• Make minor repairs to blocks, heads, and manifolds such as tapping and making Heli-coil repairs to bolt holes
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Drove operational improvements which resulted in savings and improved profit margins
