* Ensure that the Community Manager is effectively completing operations and management of the community and personnel to insure the community is running efficiently.

* Facilitated seamless integration of new acquisitions into existing operations while maintaining positive company culture and high levels of morale among employees

* Hire, train and motivate the Community Manager to ensure deadlines are met and company polices & procedures are followed

* Organize & facilitate events for groups of 40+

* Understand the market by performing regular market studies to ensure all promotions and home sales are in line with the market

* Ensure that Community Managers & projects are in compliance with company polices

* Work with the Community Manager to ensure they are selling the benefits of residing within our communities

* Respond to customer complaints timely

* Process payroll and mileage on a weekly basis.

* Audit reports and budgets for accuracy

* Maintain low delinquency, filing evictions, attending delinquency hearings and working with court officers to complete evictions

* Showing and selling homes. Processing finance applications and completing closings documents.
