  • Closed over $17.8M to date, securing over 130 new opportunities and maintaining over 250 rebook opportunities over the course of 7 years
  • Worked cross-functionally within the Money20/20 brand to help deliver onsite rebook in 2021 and 2022. I worked with the finance and salesforce teams to ensure that rebook pricing was communicated with our sales team, accurate onsite rebook targets were set, and delivered effective trainings onsite to the Rego team.
  • In 2021, we achieved 54% of our rebook target, closing over $5.9M across 87 accounts with an AOV of $68k. Additionally, I effectively communicated the introduction of our Loyalty Programme onsite, with 61 of the 87 booked accounts enrolling into the loyalty programme.
  • In 2022, we achieved 61% of our rebook target, closing over $6.8M across 82 accounts with an AOV of $83k. I'm particularly proud of this achievement as we had lost internet and Wi-Fi connection during Day 1 of rebook; we resorted to a very manual process while still being able to surpass the previous year's rebook by $1M.
  • Secured high-value accounts through consultative selling, effective customer solutions, and promoting compelling business opportunities. Through consultative selling, I've been able to strategically grow key accounts over the last 4 years – I've grown the Federal Reserve from an investment of $55k to over $145k, Fifth Third Bank from $65k to over $165k, and maintained the 10 year Money20/20 relationship with dLocal while continually growing their account YoY.
  • Developed thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements to prepare customized solutions. By carefully listening to each client, I've been able to retain accounts like Telesign, Thunes, dLocal, UniTeller, Featurespace, Veritran, Flutterwave, Jumio, JobsOhio, IDology, Chargebacks911, the Federal Reserve, and Sift since 2021.
  • After coming back from maternity leave in October 2023, I successfully retained and grew accounts like Banking Circle and Silicon Valley Bank, each requiring me to work with multiple Money20/20 teams to ensure a successful event for each respective company.
  • Over the last 4 years, I've also had the privilege of being nominated to participate in the Ascential Forum where I met with Ascential Board Members on a quarterly basis to help improve the internal workings of Ascential, nominated for the Q3 Elite Awards in 2022, and was selected to speak at the Ascential Conference in 2024 to share SVB's success story to the Money20/20 team.

  • In 2019, I achieved over $1.8M in sales, securing 60 new business accounts and 40 retention accounts. During this year, I also helped execute our Startup Academy program – successfully verifying qualified startups, communicating their acceptance into our program and helping sell startup passes and Startup City kiosks.
  • While we didn't have an event in 2020, I effectively managed relationships with all of my clients, ensuring I was building my terrain maps and understanding how my clients were achieving their ROI, while successfully retaining their spend with Money20/20 for the 2021 event.
