  • Served as primary point of contact for strategic partnerships with HP, Dell, HPE Aruba, Cisco, Google Chrome, Lenovo and Fortinet, meeting regularly with PAMs to review program updates, issues impacting the business, key sales initiatives and pipeline status.
  • Oversaw a $4M+ rebate budget, forecasting based on a “good, better, best” model which took into account the projected sales interaction with applicable incentive programs and feedback from the field on key variables influencing close probability.
  • Collaborated with BizDevOps on design and implementation of Partner Management Platform to streamline administration and provide users on-demand, centralized access. System elements included partner profile, certification and compliance manager, document contact repositories.
  • Managed partner compliance planning and execution, mitigating any lapses in program eligibility and driving increased profitability via tier advancement or new credential attainment.

  • Participated in the launch and led project management of Cisco “Success Talks”, a web series guiding partners through their transition into the new world of Cisco CX. Responsibilities included speaker engagement, content editing, branding and recruitment.
