The years I've worked, I have developed multiple skills on the job. I had my own successful children daycare for 5 years and all that goes into running a business. After I closing my daycare business, I got into banking. The first bank I worked for was Mercantile Annapolis Bank Trust and a part time teller then full time teller. I was apart of the banks acquisition with PNC Bank, I continued to be a full time teller. I became a teller supervisor and I was responsible for over 20 employees. I've trained, problem solved, did scheduling and conducted one-on-one plus organized team bonding events. Became one of the highest revenue referral for wealth management. I left that company and started working for Sandy Spring Bank as a teller supervisor. I brought my skills I developed. During Covid, I was promoted to corporate as consumer post closing. A position I did not have any experience in but, was able to succeed. I then moved to retail collection, again in a role I had no experience but, learning everyday.
I've has the privilege of volunteering on several auction committees at my children's school and for a non-profit organization helping to raise several thousands to support the cause. I also have mentor and empowering the youth and young women. I enjoy baking, traveling and must importantly spend time with family.
