As the Executive Senior Administrator for the Senior Pastor has been responsible for overseeing over 300 people. Identifies and develops systems that help create a productive work environment. Serves as the executive, confidential, and trusted assistant to the Senior Pastor. Charted daily reports on residents, including mood changes, mobility activity, eating percentages, and daily inputs and outputs. Assisted with transferring residents to wheelchair and adaptive equipment; monitored residents for abnormalities or changes in health status to nursing staff

Walks with children across heavily traveled streets or stops traffic to allow the passage of children to and from school; Uses authorized signals to regulate vehicular and pedestrian traffic; Notes violations and reports them to the police department; Keeps such records and makes necessary reports; observe and report incidents and conditions that present a potential safety hazard to children

Assist residents with daily living skills, prepared meals and completed housekeeping duties.
