• Co-created hybrid BIPOC Affinity/Employee Resource Group and facilitated sessions

• Distributed over $7 Million for Western Mass students to go to schools all over the country - Helped almost 4000 Western Massachusetts students receive scholarships
• Managed the overall workflow of the Scholarship Department; evaluated over 1,300 applications and distributed funds to over 800 recipients each year
• Presented overview of scholarship and interest-free loan program to community partners and their students
• Authored business documents to organize and emphasize information quickly and effectively.
• Coordinated convening of 10 local college/university presidents to discuss strategies around student completion
• Managed records for all programs and kept meticulous notes in system regarding changes and plan alterations

• Helped plan and facilitate bi-weekly educational sessions for young women of color ages 14-24 for Young Women’s Initiative Springfield Partnership (YWI)
