• Working with product management, development, test, and/or business teams to understand and define success criteria for application performance
• Extensively used Agile Methodology – Daily Stand Up's, Defect status meetings, and retrospect meetings
• Involving in identifying, designing, and developing creative solutions for practical performance test problems during design, scripting, execution, or maintenance of the tests
• Providing estimations on the workload model (WLM), plan work and track & report work progress
• Coordinating and lead the testing effort done by offshore team to plan, construct and execute release tests
• Gather NFRs from the Scrum Teams assigned; developing Scripts in Load Runner using the test data that has been gathered

• Preparing the test Report and compare it with the baseline results and the approved results from the previous sprint
• Trace the APIs for the transactions with High response times and gather their 90th percentile response time during the Load test

• Identify and implement capturing standard metrics for Performance Tests related to Memory, CPU, Throughput, JVM metrics.
• Analyze Splunk logs to Identify exceptions, alerts & API’s produced during load testing.
• Analyze system performance metrics (CPU, Memory & Heap Size) using App Dynamics.
• Analyze and fix scripts if there are any issues with existing scripts.
• Work with development team in analyzing Issues if any.
• Report load test results to the application development team and project management team.
