- Worked with sheet metal project management team on mega-scale battery plant job including assisting detailing team with BIM coordination and chasing answers to design questions. Worked with vendors and detailing department on mechanical equipment coordination, purchased by the general contractor/owner.
- Managed plumbing scope on mega-scale LG battery plant in Arizona as well as large scale subcontractor scope. Assisted with mechanical pipe fitting scope including change order pricing and owner directive change ROM requests. Gained exposure working with international ownership and contractors under U.S. contracting procedures, managing cultural differences and language barriers.
- Planned, managed, executed, and presented financials for critical environments fertility clinic project, including tightly specified lab and procedure room conditioned spaces in multi story shared medical building
- Worked on the Muckleshoot Casino expansion project assisting with startup and commissioning schedule buildout, commissioning tracking, subcontractor management and change order drafting
- Participated in the company rotation program spending time in the estimating department using estMEP software and production reports to price multi-million dollar jobs. Cycled through owner direct project department and gained experience running multiple smaller jobs direct to customer, developing client facing skills.
