• Conduct quality-control tests and analyses to ensure that software meets end-user requirements.
• Connect with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria for user stories. Provide support in testing activities, including documenting test plans, creating and running test scripts.
• Prepare estimates for requirements and impact documentation to help stakeholder prioritize change request.
  

Environment: Guidewire software, Service Now, Windows, MS Office(MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams), SharePoint, Jenkins and SVN.
