Leadership Experience

I was a member of the Senior Council at Sacred Heart Girls’ College as the Māori Perspective Leader in 2018-19, advocating for all Māori and those who were interested in Te Ao Māori students. This role involved attending weekly meetings and co-ordinating events within the kura, and preparing proposals and supporting extracurricular events. I was also a member of the 2019 Tuakana – Teina programme, which is a senior support group for junior students.
