Focus areas included designing and developing New Packaging Concepts for LEDs and Solar Panels and to oversee the printing processes over the tertiary packaging. Being a fragile commodity, the idea was to make the packaging sturdy enough to withstand transit vibrational shocks, thus key areas of responsibilities included Testing processes to ensure optimum packaging Quality. vendor development and packaging material procurement were also under my domain. Key achievements include change of filler material from bubble wrap to Suspension Packaging.

Got an opportunity to establish complete Packaging processes like vendor development of packaging material for products like Magnesium Flakes and Liquid Bromine, development of Packaging specifications in accordance with the product after Product-Packaging migration testing, choosing different filling stations, heat sealing stations, capping sections and label application sections.

The role also involved in day-to-day Raw Material procurement activities and other Supply chain activities..

• As Packaging Technologist, handled the Accessories category single handedly and created premium Packaging designs for Cosmetic Brand, which were launched on a bi-monthly basis. One of my many highlights was the Oriflame Diwali Gift Bonanza, which was made from FSC certified papers and had biodegradable Chitosan coating, Limited edition GOLD Tender Care( Signature Product) for 50 yearsof Oriflame. After being promoted as Assistant Manager (packaging Design), was responsible for managing Skin Care Category and Fragrance Category in Packaging Department for South Asia and South- East Asia. Developed new packaging designs for extruded/Laminated tubes, containers with caps, premium glass bottles for deluxe perfumes. plastic bottles with pump and actuator dispensing. Oversaw streamlining the filling processes and migration testing processes to negate any error. Responsible for Testing of corrugated tertiary packaging of different Bulk Products w.r.t Transit. And was responsible for overseeing the testing & effect of PRODUCT-PACKAGING migration. Resolved problems, improved operations and provided exceptional service.

• Changeover of Packaging of K-Cuisine oil from unit 1litre pack to 5 Litre pack
