  • Help maintain a successful Operation in two Bases. Leading over 2000 Flight Attendants, as well as Cultivating and strengthening lasting relationships of a smaller Base of Flight Attendants from a former airline.
  • Building a top performing Leadership Team through the Assistant Base Manager Mentorship program, Identifying and providing appropriate developmental
    experiences for individuals with growth potential and preparing them for Next Level Leadership
  • Actively help drive innovation for the past 7 years by leading the Flight Attendant Strategic Team (FAST), collaborating cross departmentally to execute on focus areas set forth by the Department Leadership Team. Acknowledging differences of opinion and considering
    alternative perspectives (Drink tray, AHA Sparkling water, liquor bag, snacks)
  • Currently involved in the implementation and testing phase of SWA Irregularity (IR/SOPI) Reporting application, creating a platform to be cross-utilized amongst several departments(SOARS Project)
