Ensure blades meet quality standards. Perform inspections, tests, and measurements on blades to make sure they meet required specifications. Work closely with QT teammates to ensure quality standards are met throughout production process. Identify and resolve quality issues. Maintain quality control documents and reports. Conduct audits of production processes. Participate in continuous improvement projects. Communicate quality control findings. Read and interpret engineering drawings and specs. Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures. Experience with inspection tools and equipment. Proficient with Microsoft office and other relevant software. prioritize tasks while adapting to changing priorities. Knowledge of ISO and other quality management systems. Ability to analyze data and identify trends. Work with Suppliers to move slow moving inventory and inventory count.

Fill orders in timely manner while ensuring top quality for product. Handle in house returns as well as intercompany returns. Read and comprehend blue prints and use various tools for quality and measurement. Be a productive member of a teaming environment. Inspect Materials from dock for quality. Awareness of various n/c for each species and color match. Maintain accurate inventory. Receive inventory on dock. Be up to date on all safety training and knowledge of OSHA standards.
