HR Project Management Team responsibilities:

• Facilitate adoption of project management practices to the People Team projects, processes, and program changes.
• Conduct regular status meetings with internal teams and stakeholders to track progress.
• Maintain records of all documents related to each project, including procedural documents and lessons learned.
• Coordinate resources to develop cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions.
• Advise other teams on best practices related to managing smaller-scale projects.
• Perform handover activities as part of project closing.

Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Team responsibilities:

• Work with various internal teams to implement actions from Arup's EDI Action Plan.
• Provide diversity reporting in various formats, including the internally published EDI Annual report and external bid submissions.

• Maintained data updates in the HRIS system, often related to onboarding and termination.
• Provided hands-on onboarding orientation and service to new hires before, on, and after their start date.
• Performed internal membership services through ownership of the employee People Services inbox.
• Managed the Regional Learning Management System.
• Organized development conference logistics, such as the Graduate Experience and Arup Associates.
