Dynamic and results-driven professional with leadership experience as a Maintenance Supervisor at the Canton Chamber of Commerce. Proven ability to manage large-scale events and lead teams effectively. Skilled in labor-intensive tasks and adept at quickly acquiring new skills. An Eagle Scout with entrepreneurial spirit, having launched two businesses at 16.
I worked as a cook at Uncle bacons. I learned how to work in a different environment in a kitchen and a food truck.
I started at first as a crew member for the chamber. We would set up events and festivals for canton. I got a promotion where I was in charge of my own crew. This is where I learned the most leadership skills. I would have to plan on figuring out how to set up festivals and events for tens of thousands of individuals. Make sure that every event and worker was in there place and doing their job.
Apart of a maintenance crew where we were tasks weekly. Fixing vehicles and soapbox derby cars. Maintaining the grounds and facilities. Some days worked with school trips and events.
Apart of a ground maintenance crew at the Akron Racers softball facility. Biggest softball facility in ohio. I would carry out daily tasks such as cleaning the facility and maintaining the equipment and fields.
