First-of-Its-Kind Bolt-On Hub Cap System, 01/01/19
Designed and fabricated a unique bolt-on hub cap system for extended wire-spoke rims. Machined the base plate on a CNC, turned tubular extensions on a lathe, and TIG-welded all components. Engineered for secure fitment, weight distribution, and high-speed stability.
3rd Place – Alkek One – Unity Technologies Scholarship:
Competed in a challenge focused on showcasing SolidWorks and design skills while developing a solution to a major engineering problem. Designed a muffler that purifies water entirely in SolidWorks, demonstrating innovation and practical problem-solving. Earned 3rd place in the competition.
